When you hear "Mountainfilm" (yes, one word), you might not think "skateboarding." But thanks to Telluride, Colorado's 35+ year-running film festival, we're shouting it from every mountaintop, tranny, spine, and backyard pool CJ Collins crushed in his part that he dropped on The Skateboard Mag last year, introducing the 13-year-old to the world.
Mountainfilm uses the power of film, art, and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world. It is "a dynamic organization and festival of films, people, stories, and ideas that celebrates indomitable spirit, educates and inspires audiences, and motivates individuals and communities to advance solutions for a livable world."
Watch CJ's part (filmed/edited by Josh 'Peacock' Henderson) again or for the first time, May 27-30th during this weekend of documentaries, talks, presentations, and programming.
