Ellington's Vega Shoe Release Party
Erik Ellington really wanted to have a legit shoe release party for us skateboarders since he spent a lot of time making his new Supra Vega a legit skate shoe. So of course the perfect answer was a party and skate jam at The Berrics. It got pretty crazy, here's some pics...

The Blackouts were killing the jams, they sure look a lot like Ako and Atiba, and Shane Heyl was the party hype MC.
So you're wondering who was there? Steve Clare was there, making the best use of the step up by slanging dice.
Josh Kalis was there! Looks like he was driving Rob's flat white "Storm Trooper".
Theotis was there shredding.
J Roy and Slash were there shredding beers.
TK was there shredding grills.
Derek was there shredding the free hot dogs.
Dan Murphy was there, as well as Steve Clare was there shredding/talking everyone's ears off.
Lizard, Nuge, and Amber are not only shredding individuals, but Lizard shredded his face earlier that day with a bounced board to the face.
The "Shred Carpet" photo wall was almost shredding with Bob and Tyler, but they looked kind of annoyed by me.
Luckily Scott totally Shredded the Shred Carpet.
Greco's Clone was shredding almost as much as his chick.

I've seen Ricky Webb and Rashad actually shred for reals, so they shred.
Erik was shredding around the party until it was time to shred the skate jam. Okay, end of shred references.
So here's how crazy the Vega Skate Jam was: There was people landing tricks on top of the people that just slammed and my camera got hit 3 times, and I got hit about four times. It was so wild I was always running for my life, that's why this sequence of Lacy killing it with a nollie heelflip looks like it was shot from across the street!
And the winners are... Gilbert Crocket with $400, Andrew Pott with $400, and Lacy Baker killing it for the ladies with $200.
Then it was time for the Vega after party, which was officially wherever we decided to go. Bar 107 was so crowded we bounced.
Right across the street to Rocket Pizza, which is sick beacause they have a "Baconator" pizza! Free beers and pizza for the homies, thanks Erik!
