Shoe Boxes of 100 Dollar Bills
I moved out of my Dad's house at 18, and moved into a skate house. We had the house number 1072, and now until forever, I'll never forget my days there, or the number, 1072. Around the same time, Photosynthesis came out, and the song that Kalis skated to, by Freddie Foxxx, 24 hours, became the first song we put on on the CD player every Friday night. I knew the song word for word for a while, and my roommates were really over it a couple weeks into it. I lost the Bumpy Knuckles CD long ago, but just downloaded my onetime anthem the other night. So here it is, to Freddie Foxxx, 1072, and memories of times since passed.
I know.
Though I've been in a relationship for a while now, I do remember a time when dealing with prospective females, and the skateboard topic would come up, and I'd have to explain that I wasn't like these guys (scroll down, 3rd rant). The rant is pretty lame for the most part, but I have felt the same way before. Link found by Neil.
