The high today in Minnesota was 30 degrees, and it was 80 on Saturday. I love it here anyways, even though the non-skatepark days are numbered.
Just got word that Google is buying You Tube for 1.6 billion dollars. It just happened so there's no direct link, so just check CNN later for more. Does this mean changes for the best way to waste an afternoon ever?
Hello, I'm Mike, and I live in Minnesota. The Oakland Athletics stomped the Minnesota Twins in 3 games this post season. I endured a week of news coverage of champagne soaked club house parties, and then they barely put up a fight. What's worse, is that I'm most likely in for another non-starter of a season out of the T-wolves, and I could care less about our boat scandalizing Vikings.
So yeah, I was pretty bummed out today, so I took a trip to the X-Palace that just opened down the street. They sell stuff like those boards you wear when you skydive so you can spin and flip and stuff, as well as mountain bikes that you ride on snow that have spikes in the tires. It's pretty sweet stuff. I test drove/rode one of these babies, and it made me feel better.
When I got home, I watched some of the cat foote I put on youtube, and that sealed the deal, I felt great. What is with those cats?!
