It's raining shoes!
Adio Shoes and The Skateboard Mag have a Collab shoe coming out as a part of Adio's Limited Projects Series. When our staff was invited by Adio to collaborate on the ongoing project, this is Volume 3, we jumped at the chance. Our first pick for a photo to be used was the Chris Miller Pole Cam photo shot at Upland's Combi in 1987. It's a classic, ask anyone who's been around for a while. Chris, being the modest guy that he is, tried to dissuade us from using a photo of him, he was genuinely embarrassed. He got out-voted by us and the Adio design staff, everyone was stoked on the idea of one of the best skaters of all time and Adio's Big Cheese gracing a shoe. The footbed of the shoe has an artist's rendition of the photo done by none other than Todd Bratrud. The shoe is set to hit stores in time for Christmas 2007.

A little sesh at Tony's after ASR
Here are a few shots the third day of ASR. I can only handle 2 days of the show because I am as old as your dad. A casual afternoon to unwind and hangout with the Bros. Kevin Wilkins, Dave and Colin Swift and their neighbor, Miles, Tony and Spencer Hawk, Sage Brittain, Michael Burnett, Shaun White, Zach Miller and Steve Caballero and family all had a swell time on a beauty of a SoCal day. Thanks Tony! 
Too Much Talk...
ASR! Too much talk, too many people, too many lurkers, too much shitty American lager beer(Bud and Coors are for college jocks, step it up! Ale Forever!), too much germ infested hand shaking(Wash your hands before you leave the reastroom Pig!), too many tatoos and piercings, too many kooks, too many lame parties, too many stupid companies(may you go bankrupt!), too many "Cool" humans, too much noise, too many action sports jocks, too much walking. Everyone complains about ASR, but they're always at the next one, see y'all there in January!
