This is my friend GSD back in 86, we worked at the same mag in O'side and this place, The Shell Bowl was right down the street on the beach. It wasn't made for skating, but was heavilly sessioned and the city worker bees poured tar and gravel in the bottom and rendered it unskateable. Same old story eh?
