Today Adidas has released a signature colorway of the Seeley in honor of Jake Donnelly plus the Streetmachine A League Collection. Click through for details on both releases.
To mark the release of his Real video part, Jake has his name on his own colorway of the Seeley.
“I’ve worn the Seeley ever since I first tried them on. I’ve always liked them, they skate really good. Why did I choose the color? Well it’s simple… I like white shoes, they look fresh and when they get dirty they look even better. I like getting footage in white shoes, it looks cool.” – JAKE DONNELLY
The Seeley blends classic adidas heritage vulcanized style with amazing comfort and lo-profile skate performance. The smooth, abrasion-resistant upper stands up to abuse, a lightly padded heel collar protects whilst the grippy vulcanized rubber sole sticks to your board for greater board control.

Releasing today, Jake’s long awaited REAL video part will be exclusively on Thrasher until Sunday evening as from when you will be able to find it on www.adidas.com/skateboarding
The Seeley collection continues to widen this season. Three new versions of the Seeley also debut this season including the Seeley Boat which offers a chilled down, boat-shoe-inspired take on the classic style, the Seeley Mid as well a new Seeley Cup which offers a cup sole alternative to the traditionally vulcanized style.
This year, Streetmachine not only celebrates being voted best European Skate Shop by the Bright European Skateboard Awards, but also its 25th anniversary. This collaboration celebrates the quarter of a century that Streetmachine has given to the skateboarding community and the affinity that adidas and this cultural hub shares.
Anton Juul, co-founder and designer for Streetmachine, as well as Danish adidas skateboarder, on being voted Best European Skate Shop and they key to keeping things fresh after 25years.
“25 years young! It takes time to build things properly, you know. We are really honored to being voted best skate shop of the year! We just continue to do what we love, skateboarding and working with skateboarding. We try to set the bar high for ourselves in the store and on the streets. We support the local scene and have a huge team of riders. Occasionally the local scene blows up and guys like Hjalte from Streetmachine and Polar start getting a ton of attention. Also Emil Hvilsom’s video project Vores KBH was really well received.
Keeping it real and working with good people helps to give us credibility.”
The adidas x Streetmachine A League collection was inspired by our combined passion for skateboarding and football. It contains a retro football jersey and a pair of Adi Ease both customized by Steetmachine to represent their home of Copenhagen.
ANTON JUUL “Athletic aesthetics have always been our drive and of course one of our goals. The crest is inspired by Copenhagen football teams, mostly color-wise. The snowflakes on the crest symbolize that we are from the North, It gets cold and nasty up here in Winter!“
