FTC and Youth Uprising/Castlemont Health Clinic will be throwing a skate contest this Friday @ the East Oakland Skate Plaza on 8711 MacArthur Blvd and 88th st in Oakland, Ca. This event is sponsored by Youth Uprising, Diamond, Organika, Vitamin Water, FTC, Ace Trucks, and the Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland. The event features local art auction with proceeds going to the Youth Uprising/Castlemont Health Clinic and a live DJ Battle, as well as a special appearance by the HBK GANG. There will be a best Trick contest and many prizes given away. This contest is open to anyone unsponsored under 20 and will take place from 1:30 to 4:00.This will be followed by the Dj Battle from 4:00 to 5:30. Please spread the word as this is a chance to help out the community and have a good time while doing it. Included is a pdf of the flyer if possible please spread the word!
