Before I got paid to lurk, I was the photo editor at Kronick, the best hip-hop magazine you’ve never heard of. I worked there for almost eight years and took pictures of all my hip-hop heroes. This Thursday is the opening reception to THINGS DONE CHANGED—my first ever solo exhibition—featuring prints of BIg Pun, Birdman, Dr. Dre, Nas, The Neptunes, Raekwon, Slum Village (with Dilla), Snoop, Stevie Williams, Stevie Williams, and Lil Wayne, plus a slide show featuring rare images of some of your favorite pro skaters like Greco and Reynolds (two days before the premiere of Baker2G), and Mike Carroll holding up a one-of-kind pair of Chomp On This Louie Vouitton pattern shoes.
This thursday in downtown LA … be there or be lame.
