Element and Plan B United

Billabong International Limited today announced it has entered an exclusive 10-year agreement to license
the California-based skateboard brand Plan B. Plan B will operate out of the Element headquarters in Irvine, CA. Peep the new Plan B commercial.

Professional skateboarders and team riders Danny Way and Colin McKay will continue to ride for and own Plan B
Skateboards. Vice President Tom Jones will continue to oversee the brand and team which includes
Paul Rodriguez, Ryan Sheckler, PJ Ladd and Pat Duffy.
