Was cruising to the Apple Store to return a faulty Ipod and realized I was gonna be a half hour early for the appointment. I was near the construction site of the Carmel Valley skatepark so I figured what better way to utilize the free time. After I parked the car i noticed Site Design’s own Kanten Russell down in the bowl. He saw me and invited me in for a peak. The next thing I know, the legendary Chris Miller cruises up for a “tranny check” and the rest will be history. Believe me, if you want your park to turn out good you better make sure you get down there and check it out every chance you get. Otherwise you’ll get what we oldtimers refer to as a “kink sink!” Carmel is looking good so far.
