This is a shot from Sanoland in 81 or 82. Sanoland is still there. It was in the canyon tucked in behind my house(at the time) in Cardiff-by-the-Sea and nestled up next to I-5 and the San Dieguito Sanitation Dept(hence the name, Sanoland).
If you have ever ridden it, you know how gnarly the concrete surface is where Tony is coming out at, you don’t want to knee slide this thing. It’s a dirty little bitch, I mean ditch, infection of wounds is imminent after body contact.
If you go there, take a shovel, broom and old blankets to dam up the trickle of water, sweep it clean and wipe it dry.
